Regarding provision of stock photos

Our association lends out stock photos to the media. We will explain the procedure for applying.

Terms of Use

  • If you use this image in printed materials or on a website, please be sure to include "@Tamano City Tourism Association (public corporation)."
  • Please use image data within the scope of what is stated in the application form.
  • In principle, permission is granted only once per application.
  • It is prohibited to reproduce the image data as is and sell, distribute, or rent it.
  • If you are using the content in printed materials, please provide us with a copy of the manuscript or final product as a reference for your use.
    If you wish to use the images on your homepage, please let us know the address of the page on which they are posted.
  • We do not hold any rights, such as trademark rights or portrait rights, to the people, objects, places, etc. contained in the photograph data.
    The applicant who decides on the form of use must obtain these permissions. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises regarding these matters, the Association will not be held responsible.

Photo Rental Guidelines

About rental of tourist panels

In the photo contest sponsored by the Tamano City Tourism Association, we will be lending out panels (53.1cm x 64.1cm) of winning entries, including the Grand Prix (Recommended/Special Award) winning photographs, for public exhibition purposes such as tourism promotion, social education activities, and local events.

If you would like to borrow a photo panel, please check the "Tourist Photo Rental Guidelines" before applying. Please note that photo panels available for loan will only be those from the past two years.

Rental conditions

  • The loan period is generally within 30 days, unless the chairman deems it necessary.
  • There is no charge for lending photo panels. However, you will be responsible for the actual costs of packing, lending, returning, displaying, and removing the panels.
  • If you wish to have it sent to you, please pay the shipping charges upon delivery, and upon return, please pay the shipping charges.
    Due to packaging reasons, we can only ship up to 5 pieces per package.
    For example, if you are lending 7 pieces, they will be shipped in 2 packages and the shipping fee will be Yamato Transport's 140 size shipping fee x 2 packages.

Banner Ads

Ad Variations

We offer two types of banner ad slots.

Pattern 1

Up to three banner ads can be displayed.

  • Featured on all pages
  • Advertisement placement will change on detailed pages of Sightseeing Spots, etc.

Publication image

Pattern 2

Four random banner ads will be displayed at any one time. Up to eight ads can be accepted.

  • Published at the top of the footer on every page

Publication conditions

  • Banner ads will be displayed for one year.
  • Advertisements posted on this website will be limited to those that are deemed appropriate.
  • The publication fee must be paid in full before publication.
  • If you cancel your ad during the contract period, we will not refund your ad fee.
  • If an advertisement causes damage to a third party, the advertiser shall be responsible for resolving the matter.

Application and publication fees

Please check the banner advertisement guidelines, fill in the necessary information on the "Banner Ad Application Form" and apply by fax, mail, or in person. The advertisement fees are listed in the "Advertisement Image" section.
