BLUNO, a Setouchi restaurant located inside the UNO HOTEL, opened on July 1, 2021. Using plenty of ingredients from the Setouchi region, the chef has created some exceptional dishes that are all made with care and care. The casual yet relaxed interior of the restaurant can be used for any occasion, and even solo diners can relax here.
