It is one of the scenic spots in the Setonaikai National Park, located at an altitude of 234m, and it straddles Tamano City and Kurashiki City, with Tamano City taking up a large proportion of the area. From the summit, you can get a panoramic view of the Great Seto Bridge, Yashima on the opposite shore, Kotohira, and the Shikoku mountain ranges. The huge "Smiling Rock" welcomes you.

Cafe "belk" is located at the top of Mt. Oji-ga-take and has the most beautiful scenery in Japan.

It is famous as a unique facility that combines an aquarium and a museum. Fish from all over Japan are raised and exhibited in the museum, which displays stuffed fish and crustaceans as well as valuable materials that teach about the natural and cultural phenomena of inland seas.

The white sand beach and green pine trees that characterize the Seto Inland Sea are one of the best swimming beaches in western Japan, and are crowded with many visitors from within the prefecture and beyond. We recommend taking a leisurely stroll along the well-maintained promenade and watching the fantastic sunset.
