Yamamoto Confectionery
Tamano's specialty confectionery "Shinsu Kusudama" is, as its name suggests, a masterpiece unique to this shipbuilding town, shaped like the Kusudama used in the ship launching ceremony. Western-style confectionery such as fruit rolls, lemon cake, and brandy cake are also popular.
