Miyama Park Phantom Waterfall
This Bizen region was hit by a great famine after the great disaster of 1654. The lord of the castle at the time, Mitsumasa Ikeda, ordered Zenemon Ishikawa to build the Taizu Pond and Naka Pond in Miyama Park to secure water for rice cultivation, and completed the Miyama Waterway, which could supply water. This beautiful waterfall can only be seen during the rainy season when the water level is adjusted, and is known as the "Phantom Waterfall."
